Powder Ombre Brows
Powdered Ombre Brows is a special shading technique that creates a very soft and natural look. This method involves creating pixilated dots that mimic powder filled eyebrows without a harsh front or outlines. This technique also means lighter shading in the front (bulb) of the eyebrows and darker shading towards the tails, mimicking the natural flow of the brow. It is 100% customizable treatment for clients with every skin type, skin tone, or client preference.

Retouch price is for existing clients only. Minor adjustments are included with the retouch price. I do not recommended retouching every year because of scar tissue buildup. After you have had your brows tattooed a few times, it’s best to wait about 2 years in between sessions.
Frequently Asked Questions

Permanent makeup is also known as cosmetic tattooing, micro pigmentation implantation or derma graphics. It is a specialized technique that deposits colored pigment into the upper reticular layer of the dermis. In other words, it is another form of tattooing.
-
Permanent makeup is beneficial for people who desire a soft, natural enhancement to their appearance, especially for those who cannot wear traditional cosmetics due to allergies and skin sensitivities; active people who do not want to worry about sweating off their makeup during activities such as swimming, aerobics, etc; and busy people who do not have time to spend applying and refreshing makeup throughout the day and evening. It also benefits people who have difficulty applying their makeup due to conditions such as arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis or stroke.
-
I will work with your natural facial features to enhance them to their fullest. This natural look allows you to apply normal cosmetics over your “Permanent Makeup” for color variety. Therefore, without any applied makeup, you’re always naturally enhanced.
-
There is a right color for everyone. I take into consideration your natural skin color, hair color and eye color. A soft, natural color is always preferred.
-
Some clients may experience slight swelling or bruising and this is usually not noticeable. Most can return to normal daily activities right away.
-
Every client is different. Some will feel vibrating or scratching, and some will feel nothing at all. To help with pain management, I use a topical anesthetic that is specifically developed for our permanent makeup. Clients are numbed before and during the procedure to minimize discomfort.
-
Yes, both are permanent. As with any tattoo, fading can and often does occur, requiring retouches. Some clients need to be “touched up” within 2-5 years. Everyone is different. Color can fade due to many factors, including over-exposure to the sun, a person’s own body chemistry, and the degree of care taken to maintain the work. Any process involving the skin such as facials, peels, or certain medications such as acutane can adversely affect color integrity. Pigment implanted in the skin will fade with time.
The fact that most people will require periodic color refreshing of their permanent makeup is an opportunity to reevaluate the overall appearance profile and determine if any changes are appropriate.
-
The initial process will generally take approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours: there are records to establish; photographs to take; desired design and color to discuss; the procedure to perform; and the aftercare requirements to discuss. Numbing normally takes about 20-30 minutes prior to procedure. Follow up or color refresher procedures usually do not require as much time.
-
It is comparable to what most women spend on hair styling, hair color, “perms” and normal maintenance. Considering that “Permanent Makeup” lasts for years before a “touch up” is needed, it is relatively inexpensive.

Beauty Bliss follows strict hygiene and sterilization procedures that conform to OSHA and CDC (Centers for Disease Control) guidelines. I use the highest grade equipment and pigments that’re available in the market. All needles and parts are brand new and disposed of after each client’s appointment.
Booking
My booking calendar is preallocated for a certain number of new clients and retouches. Once all the spots are filled, I temporarily close my calendar. I try not to book out more than 2-3 months in advance to avoid no-shows and cancellations. Texting is preferred. Thank you for your patience!
